Easy Butter Chicken

Now doesn’t this look good? Definitely a nice addition to your dinner recipe cookbook. You don’t need to serve it with rice if you don’t want to. Your side could be peppers or other types of yummy veggies!
We would like to thank you for taking the time to stop by and watch this video. We hope you enjoyed it. Come back every Thursday for new videos. Also, the recipe is, as always, in the comments below. ๐Ÿ™‚

We very much hope you got something out of this video.

We’re just here to share a whole lot of really great flavorful recipes videos with you. That’s honestly our objective with this blog. ๐Ÿ™‚

Alright, so a “but” is coming…

Alright, before we do anything else, we have an admission. In truth, the production of this site was, if we’re being perfectly honest with each other, a selfish act on our part. We’re always watching videos about flavorful recipes (like the Easy Butter Chicken video you just finished up with), and we honestly just wanted a place where we could re-watch all of our favorites under one roof.

With that said, we see a lot of opportunity in creating this site. We’re just “keepin’ it real” with you. ๐Ÿ™‚

Hopefully you won’t hold it against us if we’re able to generate a little side income from sponsorships and/or product recommendations.

It’s a wonderful world we’re living in where we can get paid for sharing our passions. We like to take full advantage. But let us assure you… we’re not here to sell anything. If something being offered on our site appeals to you, that’s perfect! But if you’re simply not interested, then our feelings won’t be hurt. You just being here is good enough for us. ๐Ÿ™‚

The truth is, we’re very passionate about crazy flavor and sharing cool stuff with cool people… like you! ๐Ÿ˜‰

It’s for this reason that my wife and I created FlavorSmasher. It’s merely a place for people who care about flavorful recipes to get together and watch some cool videos. It’d be great to see you here again, if that sounds good. ๐Ÿ˜‰

So make this a site you return to! We will just continue sharing loads of outstanding videos which cover Lunch, Dinner, and Breakfast… and so on.

Using the form below, please enter your email address so that we can update you whenever a new video is added to our site. We promise to only ever send you notifications of awesome new crazy food videos here on FlavorSmasher. You’ll never be bombarded with promotional emails. We’ll only send “new video” notifications. ๐Ÿ™‚

  1. Ingredients
    2 lbs of chicken breast
    salt and pepper
    1 tsp of chili powder
    1/2 tsp of ground turmeric
6 tbsp of butter, divided into 2 tbsp chunks
1 1/2 cups of yellow onion, diced
    3 tsp of garam masala
    1 tsp of chili powder
    1 tsp of cumin
    1 tsp of cayenne pepper
    1 Tbsp. of grated ginger
    3 garlic cloves, minced
    3โ€ stick of cinnamon
    14 oz of tomato sauce
    1 cup of water
    1 cup of heavy cream
    chopped cilantro for garnish

    1. Marinate chicken breast in chili powder, turmeric, salt and pepper. Let it sit for 15 minutes.
    2. Brown chicken in 2 Tbsp. of butter, remove and set aside.
    3. Melt another 2 Tbsp. of butter over medium heat, add onions, garlic, garam masala, grated ginger, chili powder, ground cumin, cayenne pepper, cinnamon, salt and pepper. Cook until fragrant.
    4. Add the tomato sauce and bring to a simmer. Add the water and cream, bring back to a simmer. Return the chicken and simmer covered for another 10 -15 minutes.
    5. Stir in the last 2 tbsp of butter and additional salt and pepper to taste.
    6. Serve garnished with cilantro on top of rice (or your favorite veggies). Enjoy!
