Cloud Bread

Hi everyone! So sorry these posts haven’t exactly been on the right days. Many things have been going on in life right now. I’ll be posting two videos today to make up for the lack of content.

Today I am providing a video on delicious Cloud Bread. A delicious way to start your day is with a piece of this. I’ll leave a list of ingredients in the comments below so you can give this recipe a try. Stay tuned every Tuesday and Thursday (I promise I’ll post on these days this week) for more flavorful recipes. Thank you guys, and enjoy the flavor!

Well, did you enjoy the video? I really hope so!

I’ve actually compiled tons of cool videos for you right here, all of which are crazy food related. There isn’t much more to it than that. 🙂

There is a big ol’ “but” though…

Okay, so right out of the gate, I should cop to something. The truth is, the creation of this site was admittedly a selfish act on my part. See, I love crazy flavor videos (like the Cloud Bread presentation you just finished watching), and a cool site on which I could re-watch my favorite videos is really what I was after.

With that said, I see a lot of opportunity in creating this site. I just want to be transparent here.

I love sharing great content, and I also enjoy earning sponsorship revenues and affiliate commissions… hopefully you don’t see anything wrong with that.

I just wanted to disclose the fact that yes, I do make money from this site. But please listen… any possible monetary benefit is incidental, and I’m not here to sell you anything. If my sponsors happen to entice you with their offers, that’s fantastic! But if that’s not the case, we’ll still be friends. It’s just really great to have you here. 🙂

The truth is, I’m very passionate about food and sharing cool stuff with cool people… like you! 😉

And that’s what FlavorSmasher is. It’s really a crazy flavor lover’s home for some really cool videos. I hope you can appreciate that. If so, I’d love to see you here again. 😉

So please keep comin’ back! I’m just gonna be sharing more amazing videos which cover many areas that include Breakfast, Dinner, and Lunch… along with many other things!

  1. Cloud Bread
    Servings: 3-6

    3 eggs, separated
    ⅛ teaspoon cream of tartar
3 tablespoons softened cream cheese or Greek yogurt

    Preheat oven to 300°F/150°C.
Separate the eggs into two bowls.
Add the cream of tartar to the egg whites and whip into stiff peaks.
Add the cream cheese or yogurt into the yolks and mix until combined.
Fold half of the egg whites into the yolks until just combined. Add the rest and fold again until incorporated.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place six dollops of the mixture on the tray (about ½ cup each).
Spread out the circles with a spatula to about ½-inch thick.
Bake for 30 minutes or until golden.
Allow to cool for at least 1 hour.
    Enjoy with your favorite toppings!
